You will be responsible for controlling and improving the entire production processes of our mechatronics and / or electronics manufacturing. You will do this by analyzing our running processes and to identify possible difficulties. Other tasks will include preparing, executing and validating New Product Introductions and contributing to process improvements. Your organizational skills will be needed for defining, organizing and executing process maintenance schedules and tooling activities. Your administrative skills will be needed for setting up training manuals and registration of qualifications ans skills for Operators. in this role you will be training colleagues on the machines and teaching them process knowledge and practical usage of them. If needed our Operators and Teamleaders will contact you with questions of ideas for improvements of our processes.

You speak Dutch and English fluently and have experience within production engineering in combination with a MBO/ Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics. We search for a great teamplayer with good communication skills and logical thinking ability. You have a hands-on mentality and are always looking for an efficient solution.
