Are you ready to step on the gas pedal and make a (driving) start as a driver? If you have at least a driver's license C, we would love to get in touch with you.
Our client rents out hospitality interiors and equipment for events to dress them up and make them possible. This can be for both the hospitality industry and (large) events. As a driver, you'll visit amazing places and often get a behind-the-scenes look at major events like the Grand Prix in Zandvoort or the biggest trade fairs in the Netherlands, such as the RAI in Amsterdam. The company and its customers are very dynamic, which makes the work enjoyable. When you talk to our drivers, they speak highly of the company and the warm relationships with the customers. Everyone knows each other by name, partly due to the informal atmosphere. The company is easily accessible by car, bicycle, or public transport.

The car is loaded in the morning before you hit the road. Using the packing list, you check if the cargo is correct before leaving. You determine how to load, both in order and how to secure it. You can drive alone or with a co-driver depending on where you are driving. There are also customers where you get help from a setup and teardown team. It's not just dock work, sometimes you also help with unloading. You can use equipment such as an electric pallet truck for this. There's often a certain pattern in the routes/regions, but also very flexible due to occasional customers.The position is open for 40 hours a week. You work from Monday to Friday and 1 weekend every 6 weeks. The working hours are during the day from 07:00 / 08:00 to 16:00 and in the afternoon from 15:00 / 16:00 to 00:00.
The team of drivers currently consists of 16 colleagues (90% male)

Our new driver holds a driver's license (C or CE). If you want to progress to your CE driver's license, this will be fully reimbursed. You are reliable, friendly, and customer-oriented.
You won't hit the road for nothing, so the salary you can expect is between €2.600 - €2.800 (Driver's License C) and for Driver's License C / E between €2.800 - €3.000 per month. Overtime pay is received in the form of time off in lieu. Night work occurs on an occasional basis. For this, you receive a 130% allowance with a minimum duration of 4 hours, even if the overtime you work is shorter. You receive a fixed expense allowance of €116 per month and a bonus at the end of the year. Personal time off is received in the form of 23 vacation days, and the travel allowance is €0.23 per kilometer. Since many of our colleagues also enjoy a party, all company equipment can be rented for free.
