In this role, you are the hero who keeps the world bright by cleaning the windows of both private homes and businesses. Whether it's a cozy residence or an impressive office building, you ensure everything shines and sparkles.
You will work with a wide range of techniques and tools, from using ladders to operating a lift. Whether you're working at great heights or on the ground, you aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty, and you make sure every window has a brilliant finish.
Not familiar with the tricks of the trade? No problem! We’re happy to teach you everything you need to know. If you have prior experience as a window cleaner, you can take your skills to the next level. Interested in becoming a lead operator? Let’s have a conversation.
Working days are from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Functie-eisen
No specific qualifications are required, but a positive attitude and willingness to work hard are essential. You must be at least 18 years old and speak fluent Dutch. Do you have the drive and the right mindset? Then we’d love to meet you!
In return for your efforts, you will receive a salary between €14.15 - €19.67, depending on your age. Vacation accrual is 10% of every paid hour or part thereof, which can be divided into 7.69% statutory vacation hours and 2.31% non-statutory vacation hours. There is no accrual for overtime hours. In a 38-hour work week, you’ll accumulate 197.6 hours of vacation per calendar year. If everyone is satisfied with the collaboration, they aim to offer you a permanent contract. They also provide the option of a company car if that is relevant for you. Additionally, they invest in your development by offering various training and courses. Because they believe a close-knit team is essential, they regularly organize fun team outings to relax and enjoy together. This way, work is not only professional but also enjoyable and educational!
