Imagine starting your workday from the comfort of your own home, completely stress-free. You’re at your kitchen table, coffee in hand, deciding when to head out the door. Whether you want to dive straight into work, drop the kids off at school first, or swing by the office for a second cup of coffee, you have the freedom to set your own schedule. Your work van is fully equipped, with enough space for three days’ worth of posters, so you’ll only need to visit the office about once every four days.

With a checklist and PDA in hand, you’ll hop into your work van stocked with fresh posters. Your day involves replacing advertising boards or restocking bus shelters. About 70% of your routes are fixed and pre-planned for you, allowing you to focus on your work without any hassle. And the music? That’s entirely up to you—tune in to your favorite radio station and enjoy the ride! For your commute, you’ll have a work van at your disposal, ensuring you can easily get wherever you need to go.

You can work between 32 and 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts. Whether you prefer a 4-day or 5-day workweek, the choice is yours. Working hours are flexible, and you can start anytime between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

Functie-eisen

To excel in this role, it probably won’t come as a surprise that you’ll need a valid driver’s license. You are motivated, independent, punctual, and flexible. You speak either Dutch or English.

The salary is approximately €2,500 per month. Additionally, you’ll receive a €50 monthly allowance to cover travel-related expenses. You’ll have time to recharge with 23 vacation days per year, and you’re welcome to join the monthly company drinks. We provide all the workwear you need—everything from a winter coat and summer jacket to polos, T-shirts, hoodies, shorts, and shoes. The choice is yours!
