We’re looking for you if you're a 'hands-on' floor manager. You are loyal, have a great sense of humor, and know how to balance professionalism with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, both with guests and colleagues. Your people skills and empathy are spot on, you can easily gauge who you're dealing with, how to approach them, and what is expected of you. With your natural organizational talent, you’re able to manage everything down to the smallest detail and lead your floor team effectively.
You have a unique ability to motivate and inspire your team to go the extra mile, ensuring that every guest leaves feeling satisfied and happy. Only then are you satisfied. And that’s exactly why you’re the face and the main point of contact for our business. Your enthusiastic, energetic, and welcoming demeanor makes people want to return again and again.

You’re a go-getter, organized, and most importantly, you stay true to yourself. You have an excellent sense of guest experience and stay calm under pressure. You’re great at keeping an overview and know exactly where to be and what needs to be done, whether it’s for yourself or your colleagues.
You lead by example, motivating and inspiring your team. You focus on revenue, speed, and the overall atmosphere. You come up with great ideas to improve the concept and are eager to take action on them. You’re flexible, hands-on, and have a “just-do-it” attitude. Full of energy, you’re excited to get started!
