If you’re eager to oversee production and packaging lines like a true snack guru, then we have the perfect role for you as an Operator. In this position, you’ll be the key to keeping our lines running smoothly. Whether it’s setting up the right machine configurations, managing schedules, or directing your colleagues, you’ve got it all under control. Your goal is always to achieve maximum efficiency and top-notch quality!
What will you be doing?
- Overseeing an entire production or packaging line, typically PLC-controlled.
- Setting up and checking machines to ensure each batch of snacks is perfect—just the way it should be!
- Supervising staff and working together to meet production targets.
- Monitoring the progress and quality of production because snack enthusiasts expect nothing less than the best.
- Minimizing downtime—under your watch, standstills will be as brief as possible.
- Constantly seeking ways to make production even more efficient.
You’ll be working in a 3-shift system with the following times: morning (06:00-14:00), afternoon (14:00-22:00), and night (22:00-06:00)
Functie-eisen
If you have a VMBO or MBO diploma in a relevant field, or experience in other food production lines, we want to hear from you! Whether you’re a junior, medior, or senior, as long as you hold a VAPRO diploma, you’re welcome to apply. Independence is key, along with a drive to grow and, of course, punctuality. We’re looking for someone who is ready to work hard and continuously challenge themselves.
In return, you’ll receive a salary ranging from €2.200 to €2.900 gross per month, depending on your experience and qualifications. Plus, you’ll benefit from a 17.5% shift allowance, which is a nice bonus for those early or late hours. Enjoy 25 vacation days and 5 ADV days to recharge. To top it off, you’ll get a travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
