As an Operator, you will be the engine of our production process. Your responsibilities will include operating production machines, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring that only the finest products leave our facility. You’ll work with the latest technology and troubleshoot any issues that arise, playing a vital role in keeping our production running smoothly. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with various departments to maintain efficiency and quality.

Working Hours: You will work between 32 and 40 hours per week in a 3-shift system. The shifts are as follows:

• Morning: 06:00 to 14:00
• Afternoon: 14:00 to 22:00
• Night: 22:00 to 06:00

Functie-eisen

We offer a competitive salary ranging from €14.74 to €22.87 per hour gross, along with a 17.5% shift allowance for working in shifts. You have the flexibility to start on a temporary basis or be directly employed—both options are negotiable. Additionally, you will receive 25 vacation days per year and a travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer, as well as 5 ADV days. We also provide opportunities for professional development with a training budget and regularly organize team events, from company parties to team-building activities. Pension contributions are provided in accordance with the collective labor agreement for the food industry, and work clothing will be supplied by the company.

We are looking for candidates with some experience in the food sector, although a specific qualification is not mandatory. A background as an operator in the food industry is preferred. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, possess a strong work ethic, value punctuality, and have a desire to grow within the company. Proficiency in both Dutch and English is essential.
