Are you the operator who can keep all our packaging lines running smoothly? Here, you'll deal with a wide range of products, from sprinkles and spice mixes to flour, gum, and even pet food. No day is the same because each order is customized.
Your new employer is a leading service provider in co-packing and co-manufacturing across Europe, with a strong focus on packaging food and pet food. They pack over 300 million products annually. Functieomschrijving
As an operator, you will be responsible for independently setting up and operating packaging machinery. You will execute production orders according to current food safety regulations, ensuring that quality and CCP (Critical Control Point) checks are carried out accurately. Additionally, you will record quality measurements and production data to monitor progress. Your focus will always be on maximizing efficiency without compromising quality. You will also supervise production staff and resolve minor technical issues. For more complex problems, you'll collaborate with the technical department. You’ll be responsible for converting production lines for new products to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

This position is available for 24 to 40 hours per week. You will work in shifts, with the afternoon shift lasting 7 hours and the morning shift 8 hours. The working days are Monday to Friday, with shift hours from 07:00 to 16:00 and from 16:00 to 00:00.
Functie-eisen
You have previous experience as an operator and are willing to work in a 2-shift system. You are available for 24 to 40 hours per week and have an independent, helpful, and structured work style. Accuracy is your top priority.
In return for your efforts, you will earn between €2,800 and €3,350 per month, with an additional 10% shift allowance. If you work the evening shift, you’ll get paid for 8 hours while working only 7! Overtime pays 150% per hour worked, and you can also expect a range of benefits, including a net birthday bonus of €50, profit-sharing, a sports membership reimbursement, a bicycle scheme, and much more.
