Then get to work as a production employee at the market leader in washing and repairing work clothing and cleaning cloths. These products are found in cleanrooms, as well as in the hospitality and industry sectors. They do this in the most sustainable way possible. At this location, a total of 80 colleagues work, of which 60 are employed in production. In addition, the team leaders and production manager are friendly, humorous, clear, and there is little staff turnover, in short, a very pleasant workplace for the long term.

As a production employee, you will be working in the laundry department. You start the day on the work floor by sorting the laundry. A large part of the clothing comes from the food industry. There is no fixed program for washing, as each customer has different clothing. They use very large washing machines here. After sorting, you ensure that you load and unload the laundry. You don't have to bend over for this. After loading, you are responsible for monitoring the different machines. When a wash cycle is completed, you take everything to the dryer. Once the laundry is dry, you bring it to the next department where it is folded and packaged. It is a continuous process where you need to stay sharp and collaborate well with your colleagues.
Workdays are on weekdays and spread over 4 days of 9 hours. Working hours are between 07:30 and 16:00. They always finish earlier on Fridays.

If you have previous experience in a production environment, that's a plus, but we warmly invite everyone to apply. You are physically fit and approach the work with enthusiasm. You speak Dutch or English.We offer you a full-time job with a salary of €13.42 per hour. In addition, you will receive holiday pay, a year-end bonus (5.33%), vacation days, and a monthly expense allowance of €12.00. The travel allowance is €0.15 per kilometer for a minimum travel distance of 5 kilometers and a maximum travel distance of 40 kilometers per working day. Time for yourself is provided in the form of 25 vacation days. There is the possibility of a permanent contract with the employer.

Allround montage medewerkerVia mijn zwager ben ik in contact gekomen met Lokaal Werkt. Dit was de eerste keer dat ik met een uitzendbureau te maken kreeg. Dit werkt drempelverlagend voor mij. Ik werk nu een aantal maanden bij dit bedrijf en heb regelmatig contact met Stijn van Lokaal Werkt over hoe het gaat.
