As a Production Line Operator, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where modern machinery and your skills come together. You will not only be responsible for setting up, converting, and operating production lines but also for monitoring quality and resolving minor issues. Thanks to you, everything runs smoothly!

But it doesn’t stop there. In this role, you’ll work closely with the logistics department to handle bulk goods as if it were child’s play. Whether it’s filling big bags, loading silo trucks, or safely storing powders and granulates, you do it with ease and according to the highest standards. With your keen eye, you ensure that everything is properly labeled, safely stored, and delivered on time.

Here, you’ll work with various transport methods, from loose bulk to 20ft containers. Speed and precision are second nature to you, and with you at the helm, the production process runs like a well-oiled machine.

Functie-eisen

You have previous experience as an operator and are technically skilled. You know how to manage production processes, are solution-oriented, and detail-focused. Whether dealing with minor faults or complex issues, you’re always ready to act quickly and independently.

Here, you’ll have the chance to further develop your skills in an environment where resilience and eagerness to learn are rewarded. You take responsibility for your work and are always looking for ways to improve yourself and the process. Language is no barrier for you; whether you speak Dutch or English, you know exactly how to communicate in a team.

For a salary between €2,400 and €3,800 per month, you can start right away. And that’s just the beginning: for working in shifts, you’ll receive between 28% and 33%. If you work on weekends, you’ll earn a nice 150% bonus. Overtime? That means an extra 130% on your hourly wage. You get 24 days to recharge, and they make sure you don’t have to skimp on travel costs with €0.23 per kilometer, up to a distance of 25 km one way. After a hard week’s work, there’s time to relax on Friday afternoons with a drink with the team, and a few times a year, they organize a fun gathering or team outing. You’ll start on a temporary contract, but with such benefits, that’s no problem at all!
