We ensure that you feel truly welcomed here, and you’ll pass that same feeling on to our guests. Everything needs to be perfect, especially the dishes! Anyone who dines with us is here for a complete experience. Your passion for cooking drives you to ensure that both the presentation and flavors of every dish are flawless. No dish leaves the kitchen without your sharp eye and perfectionist touch. You lead your dynamic kitchen team with enthusiasm, consisting of independent chefs, assistant cooks, apprentices, and dishwashers. Every day, you motivate and inspire them, and take pride in what your team achieves together.
Functie-eisen
You’re excellent at organizing a workday, staying grounded, and keeping calm under pressure. Busy days don’t intimidate you, after all, we have plenty of them! Like us, you have a positive attitude, believing that work should be enjoyable. You’re excited to contribute to the menu and are confident taking charge and owning your responsibilities. You’re meticulous about maintaining high-quality standards and are well-versed in food safety regulations.
You bring valuable experience, whether it’s extensive or just starting out, as a chef. Terms like HACCP, MEP, and after-shift drinks are familiar to you. You thrive on variety; one day you’re managing a busy lunch, and the next, you’re serving dinner for a wedding. Full of energy, you’re eager to jump in and get started!
